Leftover Pizza That Will Blow Your Mind

I love a cold slice as much as the next guy, but next-day-pizza has never been as good as it should be. Until Now.

The next time you and a date grab a pie, impress her in the morning with the most amazing leftover experience she’s ever had.

It’s so good the thought of it makes us want to order pizza for dinner, just so we can have this for breakfast.

How to Pull It Off

Heat the leftover pizza in the oven at 400 degrees while frying some eggs, the dippier the better, in your cast iron skillet.

Salt and Pepper to taste, and place the eggs on top of the pizza. Serve with some french press coffee and you’ve got yourself one hell of a delicious use of leftovers.

➙ If you’ve got it lying around, chop up some basil and sprinkle it on top.

    I’m one of those guys who actually likes fridge pizza as much as (maybe more than) fresh delivery, and I absolutely need to try this now.

    Also, if you’ve never tried it, cheese pizza with crunchy peanut butter spread over it it AMAZING.

    I just tried this yesterday morning, and I liked it. I probably won’t do it again anytime soon, but I’m glad I finally got around to trying it.

    Better Yet, chop the pizza into little squares, then scramble those eggs, heat your cast iron skillet, add a little olive oli and brown those pizza bites, add the eggs.
    Boom Pizza Ommelet!!
