As our year comes to a close, we make our way back to the places that shaped us.
These items may seem like a strange combination to you. Aren't the chinos dressier? A cable knit sweater with a denim shirt? All of these pieces, along with the quilted bomber, create a simple outfit full of texture.
These moc toe Red Wings were one of the very first pairs of boots I reviewed. Seven years later, and with the addition of some cheap insoles to soften the hard footbed, they remain as one of my frequent wears. Made of full grain leather with a wedge sole, the style reminiscent of construction yards only looks better the more beat up they get.
