Great Scott! Check Out This Impressive Fan-made Back to the Future Prequel Trailer

This is heavy. I'm pretty transparent with the fact that my favorite movie of all time is Back to the Future. I can't even tell you how many times I've seen it (estimating would only further embarrass me), and about 4 times a year I start researching used DeLoreans for sale.

Prospects for a BttF 4 are out of the question, as writer/producer Bob Gale vehemently opposes any more sequels. And a big part of me really appreciates that. I'm excited but mixed about the Ghostbusters reboot. Sometimes it's hard knowing you'll never get more of something you love but also knowing you don't have to pretend new installments don't exist can be comforting. (Looking at you, Lucas.)

That's why I was intrigued by this new fan-made prequel trailer a buddy of mine sent over. Edited by Tyler Hopkins with clips from old movies, we begin to see Doc Brown's fate with the Libyan terrorists unravel. A fun watch if nothing else. And Tyler, mega props for the subtle pinball machine reference.

If you're curious, the movies used are Back to the Future, My Favorite Martian, Camp Nowhere, Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead, Dennis the Menace, Zero Dark Thirty, Argo, The Sum of All Fears, Syriana, Iron Man, Dazed and Confused and Munich.
