The Remember The Maine Cocktail Recipe
An excellent Manhattan variant cocktail
Equipment
- Bar spoon
- Cocktail Strainer
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz. Rye whiskey Riverboat
- 1 oz. Sweet vermouth Noilly Prat
- .5 oz. Cherry liqueur Rothman & Winter
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters Angostura
- Rinse absinthe Lucid
- Luxardo maraschino cherry Garnish
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled cocktail coupe with absinthe and discard the excess. Combine all ingredients in a pint glass over ice and stir thoroughly.
- Strain into the rinsed cocktail coupe. Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
