The Pira Cocktail Recipe
A smooth and herbal brandy cocktail
Equipment
- Cocktail Strainer
- Bar spoon
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Pear Eau-de-Vie Westford Hill Pear William
- 1.5 oz. Dry vermouth Noilly Prat
- .25 oz. Elder flower liqueur St. Germain
- Dash aromatic bitters Bittercube Bolivar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a pint glass over ice and stir thoroughly.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
