The English Bulldog Cocktail Recipe
An interesting spin on the traditional gin and tonic
Equipment
- Cocktail Strainer
- Bar spoon
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz. Gin Tanqueray Gin
- .75 oz. Dry vermouth Noilly Prat
- .5 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. Orange marmalade
- Dash orange bitters Regans’
- Tonic Fever Tree Naturally Light
- Lime wedge Garnish
- Orange twist Garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except tonic over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a chilled, ice-filled highball glass, and top with tonic water. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and an orange twist.
