The Whiskey Sour Cocktail Recipe
A silky, foamy, classic whiskey sour cocktail
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail Strainer
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Whiskey
- 1 oz. 1:1 Simple Syrup 1:1 Simple Syrup
- .75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- Optional egg white
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and short-shake.
- Strain into a chilled, ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry … and an orange wheel if you’re feeling fancy.
