The Ides of March Cocktail Recipe
A pleasing rum cocktail with a tremendous depth of flavor

- Bar spoon
- Cocktail Strainer
Ingredients
- .5 oz. Tariquet VSOP Armagnac Tariquet VS
- .5 oz. Lemorton Selection Calvados Domfrontais Calvados Daron
- .5 oz. El Dorado 15yr Rum El Dorado 5 Year
- .5 oz. Rhum J.M. VSOP Rhum Clement VSOP
- 1 tsp. Cointreau Guignolet Rothman & Winter Cherry
- .5 tsp. Cinnamon
- Lemon peel
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a pint glass over ice and stir thoroughly.
- Strain into a chilled, ice-filled double rocks glass. Twist a lemon peel over the glass and discard the peel.
