I’m excited to do more of them. It won’t be every Getup, but for good ideas I have for them, definitely. Tom Big fan of Lands End Canvas. But this is one of the companies where I’m not sure how it will fit until I get it. I’ve only bought shirts there so far, anyone have any experience with sizing of pants? Andrew, I’ve been waiting to pull the trigger on some green pants, thanks for putting some outfits together. http://www.primermagazine.com/ Andrew I always have issues with pant sizing that are on the slimmer side, I don’t know whether I have big manly legs (I doubt it) or what, but I had to return a pair from LEC before. They were sale items so I wasn’t able to try another size. The nice thing is you can return them to any sears so there’s no return shipping. Mike N I also have run into LEC pants being extremely form fitting in the legs. Had to send them back. Straight fit is ok, but that 608 (i think) is REALLY slim. http://www.facebook.com/wskimberly Scott Kimberly My wife and I recently moved from Seattle to Middle Tennessee. Obviously, the weather is different. One thing I am struggling with is how to deal with Summers in the South. Are polos just about it for tops that are stylish, or are there other options that are Primer endorsed (e.g. woven knits)? http://www.primermagazine.com/ Andrew Definitely. Woven knits, linen button ups, short-sleeve henleys, a trim short sleeve button up all work great. Also, there are different styles of henleys out there if you look hard enough. For example these from the new Uniqlo/Michael Bastian line: http://www.facebook.com/Vicktorious99 Victor Magaña Great look but can i alternate the shoes with some Brown oxfords http://www.primermagazine.com/ Andrew Absolutely! Guest Post isn’t displaying right for me. I’m using the latest version of Google Chrome. I’ll attach a screen capture. I’ll check it out in a different browser but figured you’d want a heads up. –EDIT– Nevermind, I went full retard there. http://www.primermagazine.com/ Andrew So you got it to work? What was the issue? Ryan N Pretty sure he never clicked the icons to start I did the same thing. Maybe start with one pre-opened next time? http://www.primermagazine.com/ Andrew So when you first load the page you don’t see the “Cold” getup? It looks like the image above until you click on something? Thanks for helping me troubleshoot this. Ryan N Not when I first loaded it in Chrome last night, as did the poster above. Checking in on this comment this morning, though, it brought up the “Cold” getup immediately. Not sure if you applied any changes or not! Keep it up, totally gaining great tips from your ideas and eye for this sort of thing http://www.primermagazine.com/ Andrew Thanks Ross, I really appreciate and am glad you’re getting something out of it! Bob Dobalina I just can’t do colored pants, pretty sure this fad will end very soon http://twitter.com/Sklib Patrick H. I’ve got meatier thighs/calves and the LEC chinos felt like skinny jeans. I normally wear a 34×34, but I even tried a 36 waist in-store and felt like I was in shrink wrap. Walked over to Gap next door and got a similar shade of green garment-dyed chinos which fit much, much better. For skinnier guys it probably won’t make a huge difference but for those of us with a bit of meat on our bones, the LEC didn’t work out so hot (shame because they look great) Pingback: …spring casual by Primer… | INDAPPERSUITOF() Paul L. I like your recommendations. But as a 6’5 man, I have trouble finding stylish pants in a 36′ inseam. Do you have any brands you recomend?
