You can buy a cotton web belt virtually identical to the J.Crew one for just a couple of bucks from any Army Navy store. I wear my dad’s from his days in the USMC and it’s a great belt for casual wear (machine washable with a removable buckle, too).

That’s a great tip! I actually looked for one similar to what you’re talking about on Amazon, but I couldn’t find one I liked. Army Navy stores are great for belts, jackets, shirts, and boots. Thanks!

Haha Curt, I certainly agree if it’s got a giant eagle on it or something. But for chinos and jeans, it’s a great place if you know what you’re looking for. The jeans regularly go on sale for $29, and if you go for a dark wash that doesn’t have any distressing or whiskers, they’re awesome. I have several pairs.

Going to have to disagree with you on that Curt. Especially with pants that you can’t tell who makes them.
However, I will agree with you for the Hollister T-shirts worn by anyone over 25. And wait for it…. Affliction foil print anything. Someone needs to say it.
