<description>its totally something new and rather opposite to what i have always herad about coffee. Internet is full of sites that confidently claim about the havoc side effects of caffeine in coffee, its even told that coffee drinkers may lead themselves towards impotency. The bottom line is it is difficult to believe either of them. As far as my excercising experience is concerned, i must say on top of everything you just need a passion for the execise, love for yourself which may ignite your desire to put your body into effort in order to achieve the shape you dream about.
Now specially for fat guys hating their tummies and flesh concentrated on thier bodies over unwanted places in an unwanted way, for now i just want to tell two things. Just follow a normal diet but exclude drinking anything after you start your meal, drink water or whatever after 1 hour after your meal or food.
Secondly do exercise daily but do not measure the effect of exercise daily.
Even if coffee or any other thing gives you a boost, you should not depend on anything like that.
