On topic: I did go to the gym once, but I found it was just nonsence. Now I do push ups, pull ups and sit ups every day and it&#039;s as good as the gym, and it costs me nothing.</description>

		<description>Sound advice.  Tabata intervals are a really great workout.  It&#039;s amazing how a small amount of rest in the middle of intense exercise actually increases the intensity by allowing you to go harder on each work interval.</description>
