There isn&#039;t a whole lot of information on it, other than what I&#039;ve read here and as a newbie, I wanted to know what I was in for, get some recipe ideas and just get some encouragement. I couldn&#039;t find anything directly relate do the GFD, so I started a blog to document my 21-day journey as I&#039;m learning and tweaking it (not changing the foods, though.)

#1.  For the first 21 days there IS exercise, it just starts NEXT week.  I have found that it is overwhelming to throw all that at someone at the same time.  Week #1 is to get your mind and diet together.  You WILL make progress.  Week #2 you start the workout program.

#2.  Greek yogurt has 1/2 the carbs and 2x the protein vs. regular yogurt.  Also &quot;regular&quot; yogurt usually has a lot of added sugar.  Plus, I think that Greek stuff is better tasting.

Have a great new year.  &quot;See&quot; you next week with part II - the workout program.

Oh, and I did videos for all of the exercises, so that should make it easier to follow along.  A video is worth 1,000 pics!</description>
