You have covered a lot of great topics here. One thing that is able to bring them all together is life coaching. Life coaching is a great toll that can help people to get control of the things in their life that right now are controlling them. This is one of the basil foundations of anxiety disorder, the feeling of having no control over your life. Life coaching can help you find peace through control .Its a key factor anyone who wants to get a handle on their anxiety should consider.

Nice article,

Therapy can also help the sufferer to address the fears that cause anxiety and panic attacks. No matter what you may be afraid of, it still is possible to unlearn the behaviors that cause anxiety and even panic attacks. Taking the time to learn coping skills, such as imagery and relaxation, can help you learn how to stop panic attacks permanently.

hey there, very good read for me as i often get stressed and i have panic attacks too.
One of the most stressful events when i panic at work is to see people talking less to me. I can see that they sense me and decide to become quiet. It makes me even more paranoid.
I am 35 and i still haven't found a proper treatment for panic attacks. I hate them because they take me right down in a very dark place and for a few days i feel very lonely and distraught.

Hi Justin, thanks for the post...I like to practice Tai Chi and Qi Gong, this helps me with anxiety problems by keeping me centered and in tune with the universe. I think any meditative practice will help. Diet, exercise, sleep, and always striving to fine tune mind, body, and spirit all helps in reducing or eliminating anxiety or panic attack problems. The key is to keep at it, make it a lifestyle change.

As a panic attack sufferer for 20 years myself, I find your topic very interesting. In my experience you need to realize that you have this problem, and be open about it. It helped me.

I think the line is crossed when you get anxious in situations that don't warrant a 'worried' response. I think at work, you can feel stress and duress and anxiety about meeting deadlines and expectations for projects, but when in your personal time those things creep back into your mind or you find that you don't know what to do to cope, that's when I think it becomes an issue worth exploring.

I'm curious where the line is between normal stress / anxiety and when it's a problem?

Justin, thank you for sharing this. I sometimes have wondered if the stress at work is really an issue with anxiety.
