Looks like you’ve covered all the points I would have made.

Lots of preparation, get your thinking sorted out and I would add… deep breating plus a sip of water if your mouth is dry.

it is hypnosis — not anly i have been a good at public speaking
but it converted all my comunication to the best for me

Great and informative post!

It’s really a funny thing but its normal — people are more afraid of speaking in public than death.

I also agree with you, that public speaking is not really a hard thing to do. Practice will always makes things perfect thus, a great way to build public speaking confidence is really by PRACTICING.

Thank you for your informative post. Cue cards in the form of index cards are a great way to rehearse your speech and toast.
