I agree with Dave, everyone thinks they have a hard work ethic, but how many people actually have it? Think about all the people you work with. There’s probably 1 maybe 2 really hard workers in your office. The rest just do what is expected.

I think work ethic is something that needs analyzed and pushed more in our society. Every post-college grad puts “hard work ethic” on their resume, but only a fraction do.
