While DSLR cameras will improve the optical quality of your pictures, it will not improve your composition. A good camera in the wrong hands can still produce bad images. These techniques can be used with any camera to improve to look of your photos. Good luck shooting!

Yo Buras,

All you gotta do is buy a DSLR and put that thing in auto mode and it takes sick pictures even if you are retarded. You forgot to mention that.

I find bouncing the flash to be a great way of getting good light without making people look like ghosts.

Really good points here. I find using a shallow depth of field instantly makes a photo look better
