Thanks for the comment.  Interval training is for anyone who wants to finally see the body they want. I can tell you from experience, someone only gets the body of a bodybuilder if they truly want it, it is above and beyond just what types of workout you do, it&#039;s a lifestyle. So if you don&#039;t want to look like a bodybuilder, I promise you you won&#039;t. :)

Definitely give HIIT a try, you won&#039;t be disappointed. 

Also check out kettlebell training, it&#039;s a full body workout that works well with HIIT.
