You know, those plain white shirts you dad has so many of. If you're wearing a light colored dress shirt, or really any good looking button up deal, wear and undershirt to reduce pitstains. Another thing: get some stain remover / prewash spray and use it in the underarms of your shirts and anywhere you got something especially dirty.
