		<description>Working in HR, I would say that dressing professional is the first and most important part of an interview.  Always wear a suit no matter what position you are interviewing for.  

Another important point is to do research about the company you are goingto be interviewing at.  Nothing is worse than interviewing someone who has no idea what the company does, where it operates, what the focus is, etc.  Doing some background research may also trigger questions of your own that you may want to ask during the interview which is also an important part of the interviewing process.  When asked if you have any questions, never say no.  The employer wants to see that you are engaged and interested in the position and company.</description>
